I have a 647 area code in the GTA. I have looked at the long distance grid from 2008 and it seems that 905 is local to me.

Question: What about the 905 numbers where 1 is dialed before? Specifically, if I use my phone *in* Hamilton and receive/send calls from/to the GTA, will I be charged long-distance?
