I wonder if this is in response to how poorly SO communicated the rate increase. On my way out, I noticed a sign tucked off to the side of the store that if you purchase $50 worth of airtime, they give you 50 minutes free, they called it the 50/50 bundle or something like that.

I looked around on the net and didn't see anything about this but I was just curious if anyone has seen the before?
