Back in April you needed to wait for it to come in the mail. This time you can do the top-up from within your account and tell it what phone number to top-up and then it give you the option to get the free SIM sent via mail and the top-up is instantly credited for the full $125

Easy! Instead of choosing the top up amount and Add top up voucher button, Click on "No thanks, just the phone >" link on the RIGHT side at the prompt. Then you will see just the $10 micro SIM card in My Cart.
