I just don't get it. I've tried every number customer service has suggested. I keep getting…welcome to VM, enter the number you wanna leave a message for. Then I press pound and it goes back to the original message. When I do enter my phone number it says that number is not recognized. What the hell is happening?

I've called customer support a million times with no answer.
