It might still receive voicemails, but only for 45 days, when your number goes *poof*. It's more likely the account will be "frozen" until there's enough money to cover any outstanding amounts, like the monthly 911 fee.

I guess that's what you call customer "service"
And don't be a cheapskate and buy those $25 top-ups. Buying only $75 or $100 top-ups will keep those bad men from returning
