Voicemail Changes ?

For the past little while I have been unsuccessful calling my Voicemail number
from a Landline.
Recording says " There is no such number " or something to
that effect.
The only way I can retrieve a Voicemail is by calling my own number.
This of course results in a charge.
WHAT has changed ?

I can call my cell phone from a landline to retrieve my messages – not sure why you can't do it. Maybe call customer service to see what is up~

Sounds like maybe your local voicemail number changed for some reason. I agree with the previous poster to call customer service and they should be able to give you one that works.

However, another useful trick to know is that like the actual network, the voicemail systems are shared between Rogers and Speakout and PetroCan Mobility. So, you can also look up a local Rogers voicemail number and use that! Also works for getting an local voicemail access number when you are travelling (within Canada).

Whatever they changed, it's all good now.
I tried the number posted in FAQ and it works great.
Thanks FAQ, whoever you are.

I think the speakout dial plan has changed. I'm getting "The number you are calling is a local call, you do not need to dial 1 before the number".
