Hi everyone

Have tried to text my wife but each time it comes back message not sent try again. She also has a speak out plan and a nokia 1600..I've tried several variations including 403-862-1111, then 1-403-862-111 and finally +1403-862-1306. We are both in our region (calgary)

Any suggestions

Hi Al,

Maybe try 4038621111 without any spaces or dashes.

It also could be that the network is "glitchy". I have seen that from time to time. I have sent texts that were never received and vice versa.

Also, have you been able to SMS anyone else, especially someone on a different network like Telus? The answer may help narrow down whether this is a network issue or something related to how you're dialling or even how your phone is set up.
