Unlocked QuadBand GSM | Technical service details | Consumer forum

I travel Canada, USA, Europe, Asia, Africa. I need an unlocked quadbank GSM phone with an organizer, email, (etc etc). I had such a phone (purchased in Europe), forgot it at security station in airport, now cannot find a replacement. HELP?

Alternatively, how can I get a locked phone to be unlocked?
