If I buy an unlocked Blackberry, can I use it with PC mobile?

With PC Mobile, no. CDMA requires you to purchase their phones, it will work with 7-11 Speakout though.

Thanks JR for your reply. One question: how can one tell PC Mobile doesn't use GSM?
Samsung M300 is gsm, shouldn't pc mobile be gsm then?

GSM phones take SIM cards. PC Mobile doesn't take SIM cards.
The Samsung M300 is probably available in CDMA and GSM varieties
