I would like to know if sending pictures as an attachment to a text message is allowed on the SO network.
I have not yet been able to do so.
If possible could someone explain how?

To my knowledge, this is not possible on Speak Out.

That is true. Texting with Speak Out is just relegated to the text itself, not any pictures. It is pretty barebones, but that is also why Speak Out is so affordable.
