Speakout website won't load... can't load my SIM card

I'm in Calgary. The speakout website won't load here.
It says: "Hang tight! We're currently updating https://www.speakout7eleven.ca. Please check back again soon"
This SIM card is useless if I can't load it.

call them at 1-866-310-1023 during regular hours, or wait until they finish the update

I think the earlier notice the site would be down, said it would be back up Sunday some time? I didn't make a note because I figured it would be part of the "sorry we're down" note.

Loading online isn't the only option. You can always load it at a 7-Eleven store. I checked the store locator page on the 7-Eleven page and it said there are 58 7-Elevens in Calgary. There's bound to be one close to you.
