Hello, I was wondering if 7-Eleven Speak Out is able to browse the internet with their phone or an unlocked one. I would like to be able to check current traffic conditions , email, and things like that. If so, how much will I be charged per kb/page viewed.

No, Speak Out does not offer web access. Speak Out is generally for people who want a basic phone to make and receive calls, and at a reasonable cost.
