I just tried out that I can send a text message to my SpeakOut cell using the below link:
http://websms.rogers.page.ca/s.....s/english/
You can even receive a reply through their service.

Hmmm... I just tried this, twice, and neither message reached my Speakout phone. In both cases, the Rogers page accepted the phone number, and said it had send the message.
I wonder why the difference?

You can send a Text message from this site to a Petro Canada phone , probably a 7-11 phone too.
