This is probably in the wrong section, but I wasn't sure where to put it.

I just got the Speak Out phone, however my brother was generous enough to buy me one already so I was wondering what the return policy was. I ended up buying the Nokia 2760 with a $100 card during the promotion. The phone has been bought for less than a day, haven't even opened it yet other than inspecting the components. So Phone hasn't been turned on (not even the battery inserted). The time card receipt slip thing hasn't been activated. So to reiterate the initial question, can I return it back at the store for a full refund?
