I can't find this on the website and can't get through to customer service about this:

If I want to transfer my existing SO account that uses a regular SIM card to a new SO micro-sim card how do I do that? Can I keep the remaining money I have in the old account plus the old cell number on the new micro-sim? I'd like to get all the information ahead of time on how to do this, if possible. Thanks.

Customer service can do this for you. Persist and try again to get through to them. They can transfer everything to your new sim and you will lose nothing. Did you try phoning 1-866-310-1023?

Another solution is to go to a hole-in-the-wall cell phone shop and ask them to cut your old sim card to size. The guys near me did it for free. Even if they charge, is certainly going to be a lot cheaper than the $10 Speakout wants for a new smaller sim card.

Hi 46jimbo,
Yes I tried phoning several times and went through a convoluted voice manager system which eventually led to a dead end. But thanks for the tip about cutting the sim card.sf-cool_gif
