a quick question
if i buy a phone and put the sim card into a gsm phone with a camera and take a picture, would i be able to text message that picture to another phone? and if so, what would be the cost?

My suspicion is no, it won't work. SpeakOut supports only SMS messaging.

Only one way to find out. Tried it and it worked for me though it took like five minutes for remote to received and charged the account $1.20.

If you're using the 1600, this is covered at page 15 of the Nokia manual (not the SpeakOut manual). Although it doesn't specifically refer to SMS messages, it does describe using several messages to send a picture.
