Hi,
I was wondering if I could change my cell number from the handset to a 416 number because right now I have a 905 number.

Just call SpeakOut customer service and ask. Tell them you've moved from 905 to 416 land. There should be no charge. One possible wrinkle is that the only numbers they can give you have the 647 (416 overlay) area code.
