I'm very pleased to have run into this community, because I'm having issues with my voicemail for my SpeakOut phone.
I hadn't used it in a year, since I had moved into an area of Canada that did not receive Speak Out service (wayyy way up north.) and nor did we have Rogers service.
Now Ive moved back and have my phone back, and it says that the password I had set for my voicemail was wrong. I had given the cell phone to my mother to use while I was away, but she says that she had never changed the password.
I had written out instructions for her, which she kept, so I had double checked the password for it, but its still not working.
Am I going to have to call customer service on this one?
