How to stop 14165811076? | Technical service details | Consumer forum

I started to keep getting phone calls from this number 14165811076. It started 2 days ago and it seems they allways phone once a day or so. Never answered.

I googled it and it looks like it's Optima international.

What was the government program that starts in september if i'm not mistaken where you can register your number for no calls?
