I have no problem sending text messages to other mobile phones, but I could not get Google SMS to work.
I've tried sending it to 466453 (see http://www.google.ca/mobile/sms/index.html),
and 46645 (see http://www.google.com/support/…..;hl=en-ca) and they both resulted in a "Message sending failed" error. I am using a Nokia 3120.
Any help would be appreciated!

According to this, google SMS only works in the US or at least on the carriers mentioned…
I had tried it also on my Petro phone as well on my old Bell phone and none of them worked.

Google SMS works perfect for me.
I get text messages for all of my calendar notes.
I may be turning off this feature as its eating my minutes up.

matt – have you been able to perform searches and get responses from Google via SMS? (link below)
http://www.google.ca/mobile/sms/index.html
Thanks!

funny story, tried the google sms many times, worked once, and then after that, never worked. sometimes it does work, sometimes it doesnt for some reason. however if it does work, the message is free for some reason. it doesn't charge anything

Jack – do you remember if you used the 6 digit short SMS code (466453) or the 5 digit code (46645)?
Thanks!
