Few days ago, I ported my FIDO number to my SpeakOut. Now I have FIDO SIM card with no number (before porting, I still have over $40- with my FIDO SIM). I wonder can this FIDO SIM be used again if someone just add air time on it?

No, once the number is ported, the former Fido account and sim card are deactivated. The sim card is now useless.
