Hi,
My SO phone is a Nokia 1208. I had auto-update of time set to "confirm first" but haven't seen a request to update the time now that DST has ended. I did have the keypad locked and the screensaver on when the switch occurred.
Does SO support auto-update of time on our phones? Do I have to set my phone update setting to "Yes"?

I have a Moto KRZR on SO. It's set to auto-update time zone changes and it did indeed notify me of the change back to EST. So yes SO supports this feature. Double-check the settings on your phone.

I have a motorola v360, I have autoupdate turned on but I dont have notify first on. My phone did not update properly on sunday noon when I checked so I turned my phone off and on and it updated to the correct time. I wonder if a connection via phone call or something with their network is needed in order to receive the time update.

Interesting. I didn't have to do that. A message popped up on my screen that advised me the time zone had changed. This is the same message as I see when I travel outside of EST-land (i.e. I don't recall that it said anything about daylight savings time.)
