I'm trying to activate my new sim card for use in an electronics project (remote sensor network for pumps at my cottage). Not being able to use a phone, I assumed I could call customer service to get things rolling, but every time I try I get a fast busy signal. Is there another number other than 866-310-1023 that I can use to contact SO?

Turns out they were down, got everything sorted out this afternoon and my device is texting away!
