What exactly do you mean?

Do you have an existing Speakout account, and just want a new phone?

Do you have a phone number from some other company and want to switch over to Speakout?

Sorry I wasnt clear.... I had a speakout phone already; I just replaced my old SIM card into the new phone and talked to a human at customer service to activate my new phone with my old number. Thanks for your reply
