I've read conflicting information on this topic.

Are all the phones sold by 7-Eleven Speak Out unlocked?

I want to buy one but I want to make sure that I can go to the US and get a SIM card and the phone will work.

What's the return policy of 7-Eleven for phones? Can I return within 7 days if I'm not satisfied (or in this case if the phone is locked)?

Any thoughts/comments?
