Is there anyway to get a 7-Eleven phone plan in Montreal, Quebec with a 514 area code number? The website for 7-Eleven does not cover Quebec. Any work around? Or is the Petro-Canada offer the best option?

Thanks! I've learned a lot. I never even considered Petro-Canada for my cellphone usage until I came over to your site. Glad I did! Up to how many minutes per month is prepaid worth it? 100?
