Rogers has a service for people living in Southwestern Ontario, I believe they call it the Southeast Michigan extented calling area. Essentially, it extends the local calling area by about 60 miles into Michigan, from Flint in the north to Ann Arbor/Detroit in the south. Do you know if the 7 Eleven phones can access this service?

I have tried using my 7_11 Speakout phone in Detroit, only a few miles from the boprder but it does not work. As soon as I am on the Ambassador Bridge towards Windsor it is back in business
