I JUST got off the phone with Speakout Wireless in Toronto Canada. When I asked where I could get details of their plans and retail locations, they pointed me to THIS website. I was surprised. The customer service agent even acknowledged that this isn't the official site, but was the better source of information! While he then gave me the official site address, he recommended I just stick with the information I get here.

Very cool. Now if only we had the resources to set up an online account management system where customers could check their balance and usage history. I must be dreaming…
