i was trying to reach the official SO site pages you listed under "other prepaid", but both seem to have been changed. now there is one umbrella page for 7eleven which lists speakout as a product, but no links for more information. maybe you should remove those dead links?

thank you for informing the public on how to reach the customer call centre.i tried loading my phone with more time but instead told me to contact customer service with the code cs6155.

I as well have been trying to load minutes on my speakout phone and it tells me to contact cs6155 which i have no idea how ……….
what do i do????
