More static pages to complement the forum?

One of the reasons why I started this site was to summarize all of the information about the service (on the main page of speakoutwireless.ca). Of course, the forums are a great resource, but are obviously less organized.

So, the question is, is the front FAQ page sufficient? Then, when someone wants more info, they can hunt through the forums on their own? Or is there more stuff you want to see on the FAQ page? Or more sections like the "Customer Reviews" section? Obviously I can't spend all my time updating stuff, but if the demand is there I could see whether people would want to maintain certain static sections, if that makes any sense…

Definantely more static pages would be useful.

I think maybe one huge Q&A page would be awesome. You can just stick every single question and answer you get into that one page or something.
