Three things you like about 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless:
1. Lowest per minute rate $0.20
2. Lowest SMS / text message rate $0.05
3. It uses GSM technology (like the rest of civilized world) and not CDMA and uses Rogers network which is quite good IMHO
4. (Bonus points?) Since lots of people are taking advantage of the latest promo just to get their hands on the SIM card to be used in their own unlocked GSM phones, there is quite a supply of Nokia 1600 - and I can get one off their hands to give to someone who has a Rogers SIM card but a crappy phone - now they just pop their Rogers SIM into Nokia 1600 and voila! 🙂 Cheaper than looking for a new Rogers phone

Three things you dislike about 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless:
1. I have to pay for incoming SMS / text messages
2. Unable to check my balance / account history online (unlike for example Telus where I was on prepaid as well)
3. Unable to download ringtones / true tones
4. (Bonus points?) Cannot recharge account via credit card and/or online and have to rely on 7-Eleven store
