Thanks for another poster's valuable information, I use the 'contact us' form on speakout's website explaining my situation that my C3 is locked to speakout and cannot use it outside canada(say drive down to US and buy a T-mobile sim there).
Within 24 hours, I got a response saying I just need to give them the IMEI and they would send me the code.
After I sent in my IMEI, I got the code again within 24 hours and my C3 has now successfully unlocked and can use my international roaming SIM(from asia) just as my old petro-canada phones that are not locked.
Speakout is just marvellous.

you send the email towards "Contact Us" on the web page? Please reply, I am trying for the unlocking Nokia eXpressMusic 5130, a quad band phone from 7-eleven. Thanks!

Thanks!
I am in the process of unlocking it! It seems that they are starting to unlock the phones.

Hello again! I tried exactly the steps that were sent to me, by askspeakout, however I got an error with the red stop sign. That means I have 2 more chances to get it unlocked.
Is there a trick and I missed it? It seems that it didn't work and I am afraid not to brick it.

I just followed the instruction to the 'T' and it worked. Mine is a Nokia C3. It would be better for you to ask them.
For Nokia anyway, the steps should be pretty standard, make sure you gave them the correct IMEI and model number and enter the exact some code.
I would advice you to try to google your model and see if the unlock instruction is the same.
