Just an update….I haven't heard back from this user and my code didn't get used. Twice now! You don't just have to be fast…you have to be lucky, I guess!

Don't give up, my first referral took two days to get used. Feel free to refer the same code though, just be honest if it gets used.

Thanks Flash, used it up!. Enjoy the $10 credit for yourself too:).

A little off topic but I called in to change my area code and the rep said it's $10 to change it but he can't guarantee I will get that area code. Each try to change the area code is $10 so if I try 5 times it will be $50. I never heard of this before??. So let's say I want to change to 819 quebec, they check and it's not available, then we try 613 ottawa and it's still not available. I get charged $20 and another $10 to go back to my 647 number, so $30 in total.

Oh yeah, I asked about refilling airtime online the rep said there's no future plans in doing that

Nice, was pretty sure someone else might've sneaked up before me :)

As for changing area code, I was pretty sure I heard they should change it for free if it's a different area code, and they should know if they can give you that area code or not.

I think officially they say they will charge for phone number change, but people said they didn't got charged.

Maybe try again tomorrow with a dif rep?

Just wanted to say I called in the day after regarding changing my postal code. The rep had absolutely no problem changing it free of charge and even said if I didn't like the number, they can change it again.
