I have just received confirmation from SpeakOut that as of today, they are no longer generating codes for this.
They stated that this promo has now ended.

Good news. This section of the forum has been nothing but a magnet for leeches and cheaters. Very few of the people that participated in here, ever bothered to show their faces in the other sections of the forum. A multitude of new identities were being created with the sole purpose of circumventing the rules. These cheats had written scripts, so your chances of supplying a code were virtually zero anyway.

We'll see you all in the other parts of the forum…. yeah, right ;)
