Just a note about how I choose from the people who sent codes to me. First-come-first-serve is only a fair policy if everyone is on equal footing — in other words, if everyone has made the same number of redemptions and have equal resources to potentially follow up on code requests.

However, this is not the case in the real world, so I take into account in my decision
* the number of redemptions the person has made
* when the latest redemption was made
* how active and helpful the person has been in the forum

If there is a tie, then the first one who responds wins. It's more work for me to search for these figures, but I feel it makes a fairer playing ground than following the forum recommendation of simply giving priority to the first one who responds, which encourages unhealthy stalking of the forums.
