Just bought a LG Gossip (Fido) from Future Shop today. On sale for $69 until Nov 18. Best Buy also has it for $69 too. I literally walked outta store, opened up my old phone, pulled out sim and placed it in new phone. No problem what so ever!

Thanks: how is the reception on the phone, on the fringes of the network… does it drop calls?

No probs. No dropped calls. Had a choice between the Nokia C3 and this one. This phone won cause it was on sale. If I had an issue with it being Fido I would have exchanged it for the Rogers Nokia, but works perfectly.
