Hi there,

Thanks for you any help. My speak out sim card was bought in Victoria, BC. Recently I moved to Vancouver, I can call my Vancouver friends but they usually can't call me. (they use fido & roger).Why my cellphone is not working here? Do I need to buy a sim card? Many thanks!!!

It should work. Your phone might be set not to roam though. In any case, talk to a Speakout CSR and see what they can do for you.
