I need to buy two SIM cards on 7-11 Speak Out. This is because cells are only for emergency. Our existing FIDO Pay-as-you-go is still too expensive for us. $10-/month and only valid for 30days.

I also wonder if I buy your 7-11 SO SIM card, can I take my existing cell number to use with this SO SIM?

You certainly can. When you activate your phone, just tell the speakout rep that you want to port over your old number.
