I recently got a Nokia Speakout 1661-2, and tried several unlocking sites and had
no success. I called the Speakout 800# and they gave me an email address,
customerservice@ztarmobile.com. I sent them my IMEI number and they take
$ 25.00 from your speakout account and send you an unlocking code.

They were very fast, I got a code within 48 hours and it worked.

The Speakout 800# is 1(866)310-1023.

Hope this helps anyone trying to unlock a speakout phone.
