I just bought a brand new speakout sim card online (still in the mail). Just wondering if I can use my petro canada phone for the sim card.

Also, any one knows if I can activate it without needing to buy an top up card? Can I top up it online and activate it at the same time?

Speakout and Petro Canada phones and SIM cards are interchangeable.

You do not need to top up the SIM card when you activate it, You won't be able to do much but call customer service and receive text messages though. You have 30 days to top up, or the SIM will expire.

Once you activate the SIM, you can either top it up online, or buy airtime at 7-eleven.
