Hi,

I was considering getting the above mentioned phone to use on 7/11 Speakout. I know it's a Fido phone (probably locked to their network) but it's also a GSM phone which should work on Speakout. I was thinking of getting the $100 voucher along with the free phone and using the SIM card in my 715A. Would this work?

Yes, Fido phones are indeed locked and won't work with SpeakOut. It won't work, unless you get it unlocked, or find another unlocked phone.
