I have a Nokia 2760 cellphone with Speakout Wireless. Occasionally when the phone hits $2.50 remaining and i attempt to make an outgoing call (local) it will say the call cant be made and i must top it up. It;s very annoying when you actually NEED the cellphone.

Anyone getting the same issue? As usual 7/11 reps deny the whole experience.

I'm not familiar with that phone, but do you have a text or data plan with that phone? Maybe the charge for the text/data plan has to clear first, and it's telling you there's not enough money in your account.

Unfortunately, we are all just customers like yourself, and can not offer better advice than talking to a SpeakOut rep again. They are the only ones that can get this sorted out.
