When i try to log in to the IM feature on the nokia 2220 it says:
"Login failed. Check your phone's connection settings (Code-2)
Does speakout not support this feature?

As far as I know SpeakOut does not. Even though options may be in any given phone, SpeakOut may have disabled some features. SpeakOut officially supports these features:
