I've had this phone since Dec 28. Not impressed, but it is too late to get a return from 711.

Two problems so far. Considering that I've only placed three calls, that's pretty bad.

(1) The infamous security code issue. The phone started asking for a security code all of the sudden. I entered no security code. Hell, I hardly pick the thinkg up! Googling reveals that many people have this problem.

(2) Someone was trying to text and call me but I didn't hear a thing. I thought I was getting more deaf. But wait … the phone has stopped providing ring and text tones. If you select "ring tones" in the menu, the phone reboots. WTF! More googling reveals this is also a common problem.

Come on Nokia, this thing is a piece of electronic waste.
