Hi all,
Old dude here trying to figure out how you young'uns get this texting thing happening. I just bought the Nokia flip phone from 7/11 and got the SO cell phone working. NO idea how to set up the texting. I have been able to receive texts from SO when activating the phone.
Someone give me the kindergarten primer please.

It's in the menu. Basically you just enter a message, then choose the number you want the message sent to. You'll also be able to find out the information about your specific phone online by googling.

OK, so it's basically the same as making a call. What if I wish to text to send to email,or recieve a text from email?

SpeakOut doesn't support text to emails. You may however be able to using a smartphone, but with your phone it's straight texting.
