I have installed SO SIM card on the X10 (previously with Rogers). The phone works. I am having difficulty in getting the Web Browser working. The Wi-Fi shows connected to my home wifi but I can't get the browser to work. (It did work briefly but I don't know what I did but it stopped).

When I click on Browser I get message "Web page not available"

I can't get any real technical support from either SO or Sony Ericsson. I have input as much of the data setting for SO as I can, but I don't really understand what I am inputting so the error (s) maybe obvious to others who are knowledgeable. I have spent hours on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you are trying to browse using your home WIFI then that has nothing to do with SO. Make sure your WI-FI settings are correct based on your wireless network.

Also turn off data if you don't have a mobile browser plan from SO. Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile Networks -> then uncheck the "Data enabled" checkbox.
