Also why do i get a message about a data packet when i try to use the web? i want to be able to use the mp3 player. that is the reason i purchased this specific phone.

The Nokia 5130 has a MicroSD card. You can remove that, and put that in your computer with an adapter like this. http://shop.ebay.ca/i.html?LH_…..86.c0.m301 You can then add and remove music from the MicroSD card as needed.

I usually just copy and paste the folder with the music from my PC to my Nokia's folder, once my PC recognizes the phone. It works for me.
