Does anyone know if Speakout's Huawei Ascend Y215 is unlocked?

What about their Alcatel 356?

Don't know about the Y215, but the Alcatel is unlocked (it will not work on Bell or Telus, though, because those networks don't support the GSM frequencies the Alcatel uses).

Neither of them is a good phone. If you have an unlocked phone or a Rogers-locked phone, it will work on Speakout.

If it is locked, but should about $5 to unlock it from an ebay vendor. That is what it costs to unlock a much better Bell Huawei Y300
