Thing has no USB port!
Is the best way to just to text to your email address each individual pic as per Q 26.a of the FAQ on this site? That could get expensive tho…is there a way to attach all the images (or at least more than 1) to a single text message ?

I've always found that removing the memory card from the phone and inserting it in a USB adapter always worked best for me.

I have the earlier Speakout Nokia 2760 (takes great on the fly snaps) and I use the Bluetooth feature to tranfser to my laptop. Speakout text service does not allow photos.
The 2760 does not have a removeable memory card.

On some Nokia's, the memory card is underneath the battery.

647 is correct, there is no memory slot on that particular phone, just a measly 10mb of built in memory.
