There are apps available that will track your data usage. Just check out the app store. I use a free one called 'My Data Manager'.

Also, when you log into your account on the Speakout website, your data usage is clearly displayed.

You can also use *777*4# on your phone to get your data usage and account balance.

That's interesting - when I check my remaining data balance with *777*4#, it reports 1 Mbyte more than when I check My Account on the web site.
